企业人力资源的激励机制研究
摘   要
21世纪的经济竞争,主要是科学技术的竞争。企业的竞争,归根到底是人力资源开发及其潜能充分利用的竞争。而在当前人力资源自由流动、人才争夺战愈演愈烈的形势下,只有科学有效的人力资源激励制度,才能吸引并留住真正的人才,才能最大限度地发挥员工的积极性和创造性。人力资源不仅是企业中最重要的资源之一,同时也是最昂贵的资源,有时甚至是最容易引起问题的资源。因此,有效的激励机制的建立和运作便是一个企业成败的关键。目前企业内部的激励方式主要体现在物质利益方面的建立,很少有企业有一套理论完整、体系完善的人员激励机制。
本文针对目前企业人力资源激励的不足,论述了经济福利激励、绩效考核激励和价值满足激励三大激励机制。这三大激励机制相互联系、有机结合在一起,共同组成了企业人力资源激励机制的框架,并把思想政治教育贯穿其中,具有很强的现实意义。

Abstract
The economic of competition of the 21st century is mainly a competition of the science and technology. The competition of enterprises is the competition that human resources develop and their latent energy fully utilize after all. Under present situation that human resources flow freely and the fight which contests talents grows more and more intensely, scientific and valid encouragement system of human resources, can attract and keep real talents only, and can gave play to the staff’s enthusiasm and creativity to the maximum extent. So the foundation and the operation of effective encouragement mechanism becomes the key of success or failure of one enterprise. At present, encouragement ways of enterprises mainly reflect the setting-up in material benefit; few enterprises have one encouragement mechanism that has intact theory and perfect system.
Aiming to deficiencies existing in human resources encouragement at present, this paper designs out economic welfare encouragement, performance assessment encouragement and value satisfaction encouragement. This three encouragement mechanism connect each other, and combine together organically. They constitute the frame of management mechanism of human resources of enterprises. And ideological and political education is run through them, which have very strong realistic meanings.
